Your data belongs to you
All data you upload, enter, or generate on Resume Repo — including resumes, candidate notes, search queries, and any other content submitted to your organization — is owned entirely by you and your organization. You retain full rights to your data at all times.
Isolation between organizations
No other organization on the platform has access to your data. Each organization's content is strictly isolated. Users in one organization cannot view, search, or otherwise access data belonging to another organization.
Admin access is strictly for support
The Resume Repo admin team may access your organization's data solely for support purposes — for example, when an organization admin reports an issue and we need to investigate to resolve it. Access is limited to what is necessary to assist you, and is not used for any other purpose.
We do not train on, sell, or share your data
Your data is not used to train machine learning models. It is not sold to third parties. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or other outside parties. Your data is used only to operate the platform for you and, when needed, to provide support to your organization's admins.
